Our mission is to serve our clients with the dignity and respect they deserve, to take the initiative to go beyond the care plan to give our clients an enjoyable and memorable care experience, and to work with caregivers and nurses who are truly interested in the people they serve.

At J & J Integrity Home Health Care, we love people, and we consider it an honor to serve a wide range of clients in the diverse Seattle area. We focus on building strong relationships with our clients, taking a special interest in learning about not only their care needs but also their interests, hobbies, preferences, likes, and dislikes so that we can provide the best, most personalized care possible. Our home care services are designed to fit all lifestyles, meaning we don’t just cover the basic care needs of our clients, but we incorporate their personal preferences into that care as well. We take pride in our intuition as caregivers. When a client mentions a certain meal she enjoys or an activity she loves, we strive to make those things a part of her care plan, because it’s the little things that make the biggest difference.
Our Staff Caregivers and Nurses That Fit Your Lifestyle
Bringing a caregiver into your home is an act of trust, which is why we ensure that all our caregivers have not only the right experience but also the right personality for the job. All our caregivers have a minimum of two or more years of caregiving experience, and receive thorough background, resume and reference checks to ensure that they meet our high standards for care.
In many ways, a caregiver becomes an extension of your family. Thus, we make it a priority to keep consistent staffing in a client’s home, especially when the client has Alzheimer’s or dementia. Consistent staffing allows for strong relationships to be formed and preferences to be known, and provides comfort to clients who may have difficulty with too many changes. All staff are trained in first aid and CPR, hold a current WA license, and have at least five years of experience in the medical field. We employ caregivers who have a passion for care, value attention to detail, and have a thorough understanding of household management, so our clients’ care and lifestyle needs are not only met but exceeded.

Joseph Enriquez and Joji Enriquez are the owners/managers of J&J Integrity Home Health Care. Both are still actively, and personally providing hands on care to our clients.
